In my six years of design career, I have developed three core design values that serve as the fundamental principles supporting my design.
Happy and Willing to Ask
I believe that design is not just about solving problems, but redefining the problems worth solving, so asking good questions is one of the necessary abilities for a designer.
Deliverable and Actionable
If the idea cannot be realized, it cannot create real impact. I will try my best to find solutions within limitations, allowing ideas to be developed into tangible products.
Collaborative Process
During the design process, designers will receive feedback from various roles, so we need to learn to remain flexible and open-minded in order to create better designs.
Besides having strong hard skills, I also value my soft skills. I believe these qualities can help projects progress more smoothly.

Good Project Management
Whether working alone or with other designers, I can organize and assign tasks methodically, leaving room to handle changes and risks.

Effective Communication
I'm able to communicate clearly in various forms, such as verbally, through text messages, or design documents.

Strong Intrinsic Motivation
With the spirit of "not just finishing, but doing well," I continuously improve myself to pursue design quality, and it's fun to me!
